Fix Apple Not Receiving Emails

  1. First of all, you need to check your Internet connection.
  2. And then open apple.com in Safari on your apple device.
  3. Now go to iCloud.com on your apple device and see if you can receive mail for your iCloud email on another device
  4. Now make sure that you turned on Mail in Settings on your iPhone
  5. Now click on Settings then your name and then to iCloud and turn on Mail.
  6. You have to make sure that new data is pushed to your device automatically.
  7. For doing the same click on Settings then on Mail and to Accounts
  8. You have to fetch New Data, then turn on Push
  9. Now you have to check the Passwords & Accounts, Fetch New Data, then turn on Push. 
  10. Now check if you able to send an email to your account
  11. Now click on your iCloud account and turn on the Push-button.
  12. Turn your device off and back on. 
  13. If you are still not able to send or receive mail, turn off the settings and restart your device again, then turn them back on. 

 

The above steps will help you to receive the emails on your apple device such as iPhone, iPad and Macbook.
